Tortellini.info is a website produced by Web Writers International, a company involved in Internet marketing and multimedia.  WWI specializes in aligning target markets and integrated marketing solutions.  The founders and majority of the partnership of WWI was involved and worked in the hospitality industry for many years.  Co-founders, Mike and Carla Rizzo owned a personal chef business, then a catering company, on to a banquet hall and finally The Green Onion restaurant in 2005.  Mike Rizzo started his Internet marketing career in 1999 with the formation of the company, Think Net.  The focus of Mike's Internet career has been journalism and Think Net's main website at the time, Dininnow.Com was ranked #1 and #2 in Google and Yahoo respectively during 2004 under the key search term, Food and Wine Matching.  Returning to the Internet arena full time in 2007, writing about dining has been a major focus of the Rizzo's Internet business with first, PairItFood.Com, which was merged into their new U.S. Magazine, MyStateToday.Com.  Mike, Carla and their daughter Christine came together New Years Eve, 2009 to relive making pasta from scratch for old time's sake and videoed the production of making Tortellini from scratch.
